Amazing location and easy to find. Central pretty much to everything. The idea behind the concept is fab and all instructions were easy to follow. The decor is lovely, too. The only thing which is failing this beautiful hotel is the cleanliness. The shower area definitely can do with some TLCespecially the grout area (we didn't use the shower as it didn't look hygenic at all) and a dust

Ideal hotel for a city visit to Sofia

The hotel is very centrally located and the rooms are large (superior) and clean. Right next door is the market hall (Kaufland); in the room you also have a mini-fridge. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was good. Despite double glazing, you could hear the passing streetcars (but not very disturbing). Absolutely recommended for a city trip of a few days. Good price-performance ratio

Rest in the center of Sofia

Super well located and quiet at the same time. Online Check In and Check Out, very convenient and very fast. Very pleasant themed aesthetic. Very clean.

The hotel has the most wonderful location to a decent price. The rooms are nice, but the bathrooms could use some touching up (they were kinda noisy and had chalk stains and such), but nothing downright disgusting. All the facilities worked and I can’t stress enough how nice it is with free water in the reception. Overall I would 100% recommend staying at introvert hotel, if going on a budget!

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The rooms are claustrophobic and poorly maintained. The shower walls in the bathroom are dirty, the floor is dangerously slippery, and the sink looks like it’s from the Stone Age . The only service offered at the hotel is the right to get two cups of coffee per day from a machine.
The staff are indifferent, and you only find out by chance—after your trip—that someone had left a note for you at the front desk.
Worst of all, every single morning at 7:30 AM, you're woken up by loud drilling and construction noises, as if they’re coming from the room next door. The noise continues all day long. According to the receptionist, this is “normal.”
I absolutely do not recommend this place.
