Where to start. Great location. Superb hotel. And absolutely fantastic staff. Only word that springs to mind is OUTSTANDING. Fifth stay now and never disappointed

Boutique hotel, excellent atmospere

I am a British patient at a dental clinic in Sofia where I stayed several times. Kanyon hotel is a small quirky boutique hotel recommended by the dentist. Arty ambiance with bar and italian restaurant, where I enjoyed tasty meals (try the pizza or ravioli) situated in Kanyon park, suitable for kids. Double rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. Some parking available, ideal for business trip. There are restaurants and shopping centre within walking distance. Helpful staff. Metro is about 100m away. Reasonable prices, but a lot of construction noise during the day. A parrot lives in the foyer, don't risk your fingers!

We had an amazing holiday experience in Sofia, and Kanyon Hotel made it truly unforgettable! Although it’s a small and boutique hotel, every detail is carefully thought out, prioritizing comfort. The room size was perfect—spacious enough and very clean, which was a big plus for us. The housekeeping service was both regular and meticulous.
The service quality at the hotel was outstanding. The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable, always ready to assist us with a smile, making us feel at home. We also need to mention the Angelo's pizza restaurant, which was fantastic. The food was delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, and the service was both quick and professional.
The garden was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for both children and adults. The children’s playground was a great feature, offering a safe and fun space for kids. Additionally, the hotel has one of the cleanest and most beautiful parks in Sofia, ideal for walking or simply enjoying nature. It was a perfect spot for morning and evening strolls.
Another great improvement we noticed was the internet connection, which worked very well throughout our stay, making it easy to stay connected and handle our online needs.
Overall, Kanyon Hotel offers a high-quality accommodation experience. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia, and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Friendly boutique budget hotel in Sofia!

Surrounded by green parks, right by the metro station the hotel is located in Mladost area walking distance to attractions such as the Mall and Business Park. The hotel is basic no-frills boutique style ideal for a budget accomodation. Rooms are basically decorated and internet ia highly efficient.
Famous Italian restaurant Angelos is nestled in the hotel and tasting Angelo’s stone oven baked special pizzas and Stefano’s pastas is a must.
Highly recommended for short stays in the area.
Regular customer “Gogo” the parrot is also fun to chat with!

Sporcizia & Scortesia

Albergo sporco e non curato (allego foto) la proprietaria è molto maleducata e scortese. La camera aimè sporca è non curata, la carta da parati sporca con macchie ovunque, come la moquet. Una presa del comodino rotta che si stacca la placchetta (vedi foto) molto pericolosa. La testata del letto fatto di legno a quadrati è totalmente ricoperta di polvere quindi se vi da fastidio dormire mentre respirate la polvere evitate.
Nel bagno è stato sostituito il wc con uno in sospensione, ma aimè il vecchio buco di scarico a terra non è stato coperto, quindi potete immaginare l odore che c era in quel bagno. Il lavandino montato male, non in squadra con la parete, quindi l acqua utilizzata rimanda abbozzata, non molto igienico.
Conclusione, camera sporca e personale scortese, vi consiglio vivamente un altra struttura.
