Nice hotel with small spa

We liked our stay for a good price with a small breakfast included. Good food at the restaurant, the spa could need a refurbish, but all in all a pleasant stay and we will come back! The beach is a 20-25 minutes walk.

Reasonably priced but needs some attention - not a hotel -just a guest house

Good parts of the review - room clean and comfortable with a lounge kitchenette area.
Reasonably priced compared to other Bulgarian hotels/guest houses.
Not so good parts -supposed to be 24/7 reception. We arrived early morning -no one about but a note directing us to the room and informing us breakfast 8-9 -no sign or directions left . Went to look for breakfast room/restaurant next day - found it was locked. Went back to room. Breakfast appeared outside the room later in the morning.
Went down for breakfast each day after we confirmed we would eat at 9 am. Every day the breakfast was brought up the street by the "owner" and always appeared after 9 am - annoying. Got the impression it was a task she did not want to do as we were the only ones having breakfast. Strangely no drink offered either. Only staff available most of the time was the cleaner. Car parking at the property but not enough spaces if the rooms are full. Would not stay sgain due to the poor breakfast service. Wi-fi appalling - had to travel out to other establishments to get connection.

Think twice!

Maybe if you have never been in other Bulgarian hotels at the Black sea you would think this one is good. But please believe - it is not what it should be! First of all rooms are far from clean and the food is very very very far from what it should be in Bulgaria - breakfast is good but everything else is flashily, fat and not fresh, and the sea menu is miserable. The other thing is that there is almost no place in Kranevo where you can eat. There are only two parking places for the hotel and the rooms are about 20 so you should feel lucky if you manage to park your vehicle in front (everywhere else along the street you risk to find your car with flat tires and scratched!). The sea is relatively far especially if you have little kid with you (and is not visible from the hotel). So, think again if you plan to go there.

Excellent

This review is a little late but... Stay was arranged by a Bulgarian friend. It is located in the village part of Kranevo which I liked but easy access to the main part and a nice walk to the beach. Pool was good, although cold which is normal in Bulgaria. Staff could not have been more helpful, especially regarding food, which was great. Rooms and hotel are spotless. We travelled last summer so please disregard the date on the review.

Przyjemnie i spokojnie :)

Spokojny mały hotelik z dala od centrum kameralna atmosfera , pokoje odnowione czyste , basen z jacuzzi .
Polecam apartamenty z dużymi balkonami i aneksami kuchennymi, salonem i sypialnią.
Do plaży 15 min na nogach do centrum ok 10 min bar na miejscu lub po drugiej stronie uliczki . Bardzo miły personel wystarczy poprosić a Panie pomogą . Pani sprzątająca codziennie była w pokoju ścieliła zmywała podłogę myła łazienkę . Odnośnie wi-fi słaby zasięg w pokojach ale to akurat nam do życia potrzebne nie było. Klimatyzacja w pokojach ,Polecam wszystkim którzy nie maja wielkich wymagań lubią miejsca na uboczu z dala od zgiełku , najlepsze miejsce dla grup znajomych z dzieciakami :) W tym roku znów sie wybieramy w 22 osoby .
