Horrible room that looked like a captivity. Total disappointment.
I stayed here 13 years ago and we really liked it. Cozy rooms though small on the top floor. However, we stayed from Friday to Sunday now and it was a pretty bad experience in a room on the ground floor. As soon as we entered the room we already saw dirty walls, which included mold, dirt and clay. I will put the review more practically.
Positive points: strong hot shower and wide box. Breakfast with reasonable hotel food, with a good variety of breads and fresh and hot coffee. There were even rainballs which was a pleasant surprise.
Negatives: the room has an abandoned aspect, looking like a captive. Loose outlets without a mirror with the risk of someone getting a shock or having a short circuit. The nearby part of the toilet contained a smell of old accumulated urine. The box floor had been painted but it was already peeling and looking dirty. The towels were thin and small that looked like gym face towels and as the city has a low temperature never dry. The toilet trash basket had no lid.
There was a cold air stream that we discovered was a broken glass in the window through which the wind went. The rest of the windows were covered with plastic glue. When I complained to the employee who was at the reception he said he was gonna settle. He took a sheet of notebook paper and “grabbed” it with adhesive tape becoming a patch that my 10-year-old son would do with more capricho. When asked if it would be possible to change room said that not because the guesthouse was full and all the rooms occupied. Obviously right through the night the tapes broke and the hole in the window was open. There was still a door that led to a kind of uncovered winter garden that had absolutely nothing. Except a dirty floor and walls idem, everything dirty as if it had never been washed any day.
For being on the ground floor in the morning, when people went down to have breakfast, they made noise and loud conversations but I know that this is not the competition of the hotel, but poor guests. And the breakfast lounge is in front of the room we stayed in.
The decay seemed so obvious that fruits like papaya and melon were not even peeled, being served in cubes with shell. There's a lack of a minimum of management caprice about your fortune. I don't know how the other rooms are, especially those on the top floor but this one is scary. Even the rooms 2 and 3 next to ours who was the 4, had decoration on the door and looked good. The door to our room was not even properly painted.
I do not expect any attention from the company and I even believe that this review will come to them but that no one else will be treated as we were treated this time and that they review the ways to welcome guests in such an unhospitable room.

Guest house without water
The hot water of the guesthouse ran out on the first morning and on the second morning there was neither hot nor cold water. We had to load bucket from the pool, a mess.

Bad experience.
Unfortunately a bad experience! The inn has everything it needs to do well, in a wonderful location, but it's not worth it. Everything was very old and poorly maintained, the room was dirty, the mattress was hard and everything was very old, from the furniture in the room to the structure of the inn itself, there was a leak in the ceiling of the room and a sound like pigeons in the ceiling that bothered the whole night. Breakfast at 9 am no longer had anything, no variety and the staff were completely unprepared and had no patience when we asked for a little more yogurt as it had run out on the buffet. They placed two porcelain teapots to decorate the table where we sat to drink coffee and the decoration was completely dirty, full of dust and cobwebs, unfortunately I didn't see care and hygiene in anything.

A real Horror Show!
from bathroom doors without lock, stained sheets, mould smell, bad smell on blankets, awful mattresses, too much noise from cars passing through the street, sleep beyond 7:30, you can forget!
Breakfast very basic, the staff of employees who serve it are extremely HOSTIS, to the point of being denied me an extra cup, with guys and mouths of deboche.
I cannot even say that it is worth the Cost x Benefit, because later we end up finding better options for the same value.
I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very simple hotel
We arrived it was already late at the hotel, just to sleep really. To spend 01 night, he attended us well, for more days only advise if you are not looking for much comfort, because besides the room being quite small, the bed and mattress were not very good. Breakfast is included in the daily, but we do not wait to be served as we left early for our tour.
