Welcoming, privacy and silence

Excellent guesthouse, with few rooms, great privacy and absolute silence. It is close to the center, but not so close to the noise. Clean and cozy rooms. Staff are super polite and serve us with great care. This is the 10th time I've stayed here and it always has this same essence.

Bad place

Dirty guesthouse, had no water to buy, cold shower we had to ask to turn on hot water the other day, when skirt had to leave the key to the room at the reception!

Great cost benefit guesthouse!

The guesthouse is simple, but does everything well. Reception was good, the room was already ready, no mold. It was warm in the day, but the air conditioning froze well, bathrooms ok, despite having curtain instead of box (much because of the design of the bathroom itself. It had some finishing details that could be better, but it gave me a good rest. Room has a balcony with chairs and grid hook - which I used to put clothes to dry. It had 2 days of heavy rain, but it was no problem for us. Room service is good, changed the towels every day.
Rooms are quite quiet, and the location is good, in a street with other guesthouses but very quiet, but is 2 blocks from the busiest streets.
Breakfast is ok, but I had to eat well early (7:00) because of the tours - which are usually well early, around 7:15 to 7:30. They recommended doing with another company that they usually indicate, but since I had already paid with the other company, there was no exchange.
There's a pool in the guesthouse, but I didn't see anyone there - even because it's close to the beach - but the quality looks good.
I recommend as great cost benefit guesthouse!

Excellent guesthouse

Very cozy guesthouse.
Super attentive staff, delicious breakfast. We were well advised from the time we arrived to leaving. The accommodations were really cool, super organized, and everything was very clean!

Fantastic experience

Differentiated service, from start to finish. Very diverse breakfast. Very central location and close to everything. I highly recommend it. Conchita new and cozy. We really enjoyed our sleep.
