GREAT LOCATION

Great location. Careful staff, left nothing to be desired in cleaning and conservation.
As there is a kitchen, when we arrived there were ants by the sink (I have a phobia and almost had a bad time).
I always carry on my trips poison to kill them and I did. This is a lack of hygiene.
And in the corner of the room they had spider networks. I was afraid to look under the bed.
Comfortable bed, room in the room... large fridge, appliances.
The toilet sink tap is small for the size of the sink - difficult to reach, not even from the tip of the foot. Mofo on the bathroom tiles, bad paper and duchinha.
You have to improve the TV signal.
We were there at the breakfast opening.
It was 2 days of coffee in the room and the last day the opening.

I was not really pleased with the fact that the presidential suites are located at the 2nd floor and offer no good views of the city.

Family holidays.

Hotel with room for family very spacious and comfortable. Very good breakfast!!! Excellent location, close to sights. Only suggestion to place electric car charging point.

AC was phenomenal and necessary due to heavy humidity. Very nice smart tv which worked very well when the internet worked (missed 24 hours out of 4 day stay. Excellent parking option on site. Adjacent to nice mall. Walking distance to many restaurants.

the hotel is in a great location near major attractions by walking. the staff is very friendly, professional, attentive, kind. Amazing customer service. my family stayed on the superior room, it was big, clean, 2 baths, kitchen with major appliances, air conditioning was working, the pool was clean and warm. the breakfast is unbelievable delicious. The three young front desk personnel were really helpful and definitely we will come back. highly recommend.
