The room was large but lack details such as a proper wardrobe with draws to allow you to unpack your bags. The selling approach was annoying (offering "benefits" in exchange of time to listen to sales pitch). All very confuse and embarrassing. Restaurant food not great and breakfast not to the level I would expect. Staff is very friendly and normally very pro-active. Hotel app not helpful for order room service. Long time spent during check-out.
