Great guesthouse!

Spacious rooms, full breakfast, parking space, common areas such as a swimming pool.
Points for improvement: hotel could modernize the rooms a little, and improve the quality of the pillows.
Other than that, everything was great! Impeccable cleaning!

Bad treatment

Be careful when combining directly with the guesthouse. We made 50% advance payment for 18 people. On the week of the trip, my mother had a health problem, and with that, she, my sister and nephew could not go. I spoke via whatsapp with the hostess, Valeria, explained the situation, and asked how the situation would be. She was very friendly for whatsapp. When we arrived at the guest house, we had to pay 1 extra room, pq she said q didn't say q didn't need to pay, it wasn't true, I put the audios for her to listen and at the time, in order not to spoil the other 15 people's journey, we had to pay 1 room that was empty, pq according to her all the reservations were made by my husband, and then he would have to pay all. And besides, after the disorder, instead of trying to improve the situation, she treated us badly, with disrespect and being fat in the 6 days we stayed there. The amount we paid could be very well handled elsewhere. Anyway, if you don't want to spoil your holidays, choose another hostel.

Excelente!

Simplicidade, gentileza e silêncio. Em um ambiente de exuberante natureza e uma energia pacificadora.
É isso o ambiente da Pousada dos Gravatás. Excelente escolha!
Ar condicionado, toalhas limpas, quartos sem cheiro de mofo e simpatia dos anfitriões.

Tem que melhorar muito

Fiquei hospedado neste final de semana (04 a 06/10) suíte superior. Não preenchi Ficha de Hóspede - o Regulamento diz que é obrigatório. Para averiguação da Gerência, som em altura totalmente desproporcional, quando o Regulamento não permite. Creio que necessita de uma revitalização urgente.

estive na pousada dia do dia 11 ao dia 15 o sr rogerio dono e simplesmente otimo seus funcionarios maravilhosos a pousada toda arrumada e limpa o cafe muito bom parabens recomendo muito
