Ótima, melhor custo beneficio.
Ficamos hospedados em Setembro de 2018 e gostamos muito, li muitos comentários ruins aqui no site o que me assustou, mas como foi o menor valor dentro das nossas exigências resolvemos arriscar e não nos decepcionou.
Ótima localização, 5 min à pé do centro de Lençóis e uns 10 min de distância de carro do caldeirões do Serrano. Pousada limpa, ótima estrutura, piscina grande e limpa, café da manhã simples, no dia que tomamos café o ovo já tinha acabado e a cozinheira perguntou se queríamos, pois ela faria mais.
Os donos nos recepcionaram muito bem, foram gentis. Quando voltarmos a Chapada ficaremos hospedados lá novamente. Se está pensando em conhecer a Chapada prepare-se pra se apaixonar, foi nossa primeira vez e com certeza não será a última.

Shadows
I went in, I was shocked, I ran out and changed a hostel. Old room, old bathroom, old windows. If you don't mind leaving your house to stay in an ugly and uncomfortable place, you can stay in this guest house. Very bad!

I do not strongly recommend
When I checked in, I asked how much a room cost for two nights. I was told the price was 160r$. After the driver left, it turned out to be a one-night price. Well, let's say I misunderstood that. Although the question was simple and specific.
And rooms don't cost that much, of course. The hotel is old and shabby, and the air conditioning is terribly noisy, it is impossible to sleep with it. I paid for 2 nights. Then given the late bus, she asked for an extension. I was told the price was 100r$. Considering it's not a full day without breakfast, well, a lot really. She asked why? The hotel owner started telling me about the loss of profits if I stayed and my room wasn't rented out. Although there are rooms available all the time, I watched. Well, let's say the master is a barin. But then I went up to the guy at the front desk and asked why I was paying them directly the same amount as a booking number, because they don't pay any commission, and that's where it blew up. He started yelling that I was robbing him, that he told me everything at once (although he misnamed the price at the beginning and only became aware of the real price when my guide left), waved his arms and acted like a hysteric. I asked him to keep his voice down because I'm asking calmly, but he kept shouting that no, I was robbing them and he was helping me so much. I said what?! He took exactly 1 minute when I asked to see the bus/blablablacar timetable and came out of the reception desk to walk 2 steps and point the finger in the direction of the bus station. He became very insulted, began to pack his things defiantly, continuing to shout. It felt like he wasn't adequate. I recommend looking for a newer hotel and not encountering such hysterical receptionists. Rest should be a rest without shouting and such inadequacy on the part of hotel employees

Simplicidade
Fiz uma reserva de três dias para quarto triplo e como não foi solicitado pagamento na confirmação , achei estranho e liguei para o telefone cadastrado sem sucesso no atendimento;Precisei fazer alteração na reserva e fiz novo contato, sem sucesso, o que nos fez acreditar ter que procurar outro local se necessário.Enfim recebemos uma ligação do mesmo numero cadastrado , no dia em que deveria entrar na pousada, questionando se ainda iriamos , já que não constava pagamento antecipado;Relatei o ocorrido e logo depois entramos na pousada ;Ao chegarmos fomos informados que naquele momento não poderia usar o estacionamento porque haveria um evento no local , devendo estacionar na rua, Ficamos no quarto 06 , no primeiro andar, que possuía uma escada de acesso irregular, que tinha que ter cuidado. Na primeira noite caiu uma chuva forte e tivemos que levantar na madrugada para tirar as bagagens de lugar por conta de algumas goteiras e água que escorria pela parede e da janela, inclusive molhou uma bagagem inteira , tivemos dificuldade de organizar as roupas para conta do quarto pequeno;Ás 07:40 fomos na recepcção e não havia funcionário para atendimento , fomos tomar o café da manhã e perguntamos se tínhamos com quem falar e indicaram um funcionário que nos relatou que entraria em contato com a responsável da pousada e nos daria um retorno;Depois do café da manhã fomos informados que teríamos que aguardar um quarto ser desocupado e limpo , para podermos mudar.Formos direcionados para o quarto 08 , no mesmo andar e que tinha um pouco mais de espaço por ser quadruplo , porém , banheiro ainda pequeno e com cheiro levemente desagradável;Café da manhã extremamente simples e por duas ocasiões , não tivemos como ter acesso a pousada por não ter quem atendesse aos hóspedes (durante o dia).

Bem localizada.
Os proprietários são gentis, funcionários acolhedores, tem um bom pequeno almoço, e estacionamento.
Pontos negativos, não tem restaurante, piscina pequena, quartos pequenos. Áreas comuns são pequenas.
