Clean, comfy and fresh lines in my room. Great breakfast. Only sad they closed the gym and little pool, after long work days that was the space I craved.

Bad stay
Place inflexible with the peculiarities of the guests, we stayed without Wi-Fi during the entire stay and even communicating the reception was not solved, no water without gas available in the hotel. They only had rooms for singles, very small bathroom

I didn’t. Like tha fact they do no offer an iron I have to go downstairs every day to iron my clothes, also they do have restaurant service if I need to buy lunch or dinner, they do no provide phone service at the room or laundry if I want to wash my clothes. Super inconvenient

Almost perfect.
I booked a suite for Trip, I had no problems with that. The receptionists all I had contact were very careful and friendly, the atmosphere of the reception is nice, has several sofas, a massage chair and machine with drinks and food, some are oriental and has cup noodles that they make at the reception itself.
It is very well located to access the sights and can go on foot or by uber.
The breakfast is good, there are several options, but it is a bit bad for those who have lactose intolerance. The coffee itself some days was quite good but in others I felt it was a little more watery.
The garden I wanted to enter was closed almost all the time and they never had the key to open, but gave to observe from the restaurant, but I did not feel that I lost a lot because it is small and there are no fish (if there were they took it).
The hydromassage is at your own risk, at the first opening came a ugly dirt from inside the air passages that made me discard all the water, but then cleaned and I did not have any health problems using the clean water.
The cleanliness of the room was very good, the bed is of mattress that sinks more and the couch is super comfortable, only that the air conditioning pinched water on the floor on a certain day, need to take care of this, the room also has practically no outlet the ones that lie on the bed. The air also catches a lot more on one side of the bed than on the other and I couldn't turn his sleeve. The TV is not smart and the internet is pretty bad, the frigobar is empty but it stays on so you can use it to keep your things frozen, there are cupboards for snacks as well.

A hotel that has seen better days. It proudly displays on its entrance awards from 2016, but I feel it’s been neglected since then and when the photos were taken!
Room was adequate, but annoying. No bedside lights and a single harsh ceiling light that was unpleasant. Wi-Fi signal was forever dropping out. Bathroom taps were of a design and age that were difficult to turn and shut off.
Furthermore, the lift/elevator got stuck on one occasion requiring us to be rescued. An experience i wouldn’t want to repeat. Perhaps that sums up the general neglect and decline of this hotel.
Breakfast was decent.
Probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
