I felt at home.

The look is beautiful! A good breakfast, and its well-treated animals, was a pleasure to see!
It was days of rest, close to the center, supermarkets, pharmacy, barzinhos and exit to the pirate boat.
We like everything!
We will definitely come back!!!

Very bad.

Disastrous breakfast, little variety and old. Gluten-free option only an old bread and as if it were little contaminated. Located next to the sandwuichera, with a single spatula for both! We were traveling with 3 minors and never asked for documents!! In one of the rooms came water at the entrance to the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and never cleaned one of the rooms, when we asked to change our towels we were told to go to reception to look. Hard and tall pillows, imoosible to use. Humid smell in the hallways. They offer a garage but they send you to park on the street. Attention from the staff leaves much to be desired. You're charged 3 reais for hot water.

"OK" if you have no other option

- I liked the treatment of the girls, both the cleaning of the rooms and the breakfast. Sympathetic and polite. The room was spaçoco also for 2 people, as well as the bathroom.
- The men's care was terrible. Closed face, poorly educated, no good day, good afternoon, good night... the boy of the evening shift, the son of the owner, the owner... zero sympathy.
- Unfortunately there is no parking, the car is on the street or you can pay more to leave on a side ground.
- Breakfast ok tbm, had no capricho or a great variety, but it was ok, basic, simple, thing that you eat at home.
- Linen and towels with old-looking, incarded and with stains. High pillows to sleep, ended up being pretty uncomfortable, we had to improvise pillow with jacket or sleep without anything.
- Dryer and bathroom outlet didn't work. Room lighting was bad tbm, it got a little dark, the bathroom light was better than the room.
- Need to leave the key to the room every time we left. On some occasions, we were back and there was no attendant at the reception to return it or were making check-in/check-out of other guests. Besides, the night boy was always poorly educated to charge us to leave the key when we went out and took it with us.

I was stolen.

Good night, I will report my experience at Hotel Vila Mar,.
On May 14, 25, I stayed with the family of friends, a couple and the 8-year-old son, we stayed in room 402, for two nights and on Friday at 10 a.m. we moved to room 503, until then everything is fine. Breakfast is meals that are left over from one day to another and are served until the end, which caused astonishment for charging $500.00 real per day.
But the fact is that on Saturday we came away, and when I got home I went to take my notebook from the bag and somewhere, we contacted the hotel and on the 18/05 , there was no response.
We hired a motoboy to go ask and if you were at the reception send it to me.
Pasme they didn't have any information.
The next day the motoboy returned at the time agreed with the night receptionist and the same said they did not find at the hotel, until that moment they had not answered the msg. After calling dozens of times, they told my friend that they did not find and did not see anything on the cameras.
And now, if I didn't take the computer out of the hotel while I was there.
I want my notebook back.

Excellent hotel, beautiful view and close to everything!

Very good value for money. Very warm and friendly staff!, the hotel very well located, facing the sea. (Playa Canasvieiras) is very beautiful the view that the rooms have.
It features a varied breakfast buffet daily. It also has a very clean pool.
As for the room, it had a double bed and a small one, hair dryer, air conditioning and refrigerator that worked very well. It had a balcony overlooking the sea.Every day we had cleaning of our room 10 out of 10.
The hotel is located approximately 3 blocks from downtown Canasvieiras, pubs and restaurants.
The hotel also has a restaurant and drinks menu (very rich)
The day of departure we were provided with towels and shower!
I highlight the friendliness of the staff, Brayan made our stay much better!!!! We would definitely come back!
