Surprising find!

Dom Fish was a nice surprise. Affordable, sparkling clean, spacious room and the breakfast was just superb. I've never seen so much food in a budget hotel. Breakfast was as good as those found in 5-star hotels. Wi-fi is good. Very good value for money.
Cons: Staff is friendly but phone or email bookings are unreliable. There was no reply to my mail booking. Make sure you double check your reservation. Parking was full so I had to park on the street.
All in all, I had a good night's sleep. Next time I'm in Canasvieiras, I'm sure going to stay at Dom Fish hotel again.

I haven't stayed yet, but my experience was horrible

As I said I will help in the evaluation of this network with my report.
I'm sure the willingness to help the client isn't the strength of this place.
They find all the time that they're doing a favor and that the sentences are like this: IT'S THAT WAY AND READY, WILL WANT IS THAT VALUE. And they can't accept the mistake when they're totally wrong.
I want to make it very clear that I am not here asking for a favor, I just do not use credit card to contract the service by websites, so I called you on 15/11 to check a stay from 16 to 19/12, the receipt of messages were no longer receptive.
But until there all right, I took my doubts and found a place for 480, in the messages can see, that asked to continue with the reservation and passed me all the information of the reservation. In my head I thought everything was okay, but I did not receive any PIX numbers I decided to contact and ask.
To my surprise I have no reservations and still above want to charge a higher value, and the only answers for several times is I feel very much just have that and I have nothing to do cheaper. Where is it written that I am requesting discounts? I'm only asking for what was proposed on November 15th.
I don’t want to stay there anymore, I worry if they want to do it at the entrance, I can’t even imagine what can happen next.
Details, if I left my home in SP and went to the place and had nothing booked, like the wonderful service they provide?

Many failures

I was really disappointed in the hotel. The wall of my piece was stained with a fungus, the shower did not heat, the hair dryer was bad, the bed said matrimonial but it was two beds of a square stuck, I had no downstairs, it was just a normal danna tucked underneath, which had to come out constantly and the extremely unfriendly staff (the girl of the day did not even answer good morning, which happened every day I was there). You also have no info on tours or transfers. The hotel is simple, but there would be no problem if the other things had been okay. It has good breakfast, but no toaster.

Good

The hotel is very good, clean, breakfast is delicious. The only problem is that there is a bailão next door and they only let you sleep after 2am.
Well located, close to Canasvieiras beach. We walked through the center full of little shops, really cool.
