Faithful to traditional mining hospitality.

Very traditional hotel with a beautiful architecture, very well situated and interesting for those who admire antiques and preservation in general. Very spacious rooms and with everything working. Breakfast sorted and staff very helpful.

Caxambu who knows comes back.

What a wonderful place, all the staff are amazing, Anderson and everyone at the restaurant are professional people and great service, Lidia and her reception staff extremely amazing, the afternoon coffee ladies are show, the maids, what an excellent job, the gentleman who takes care of the pools always careful. Maybe because of this singularity that for more than 15 years we are visitors and encouragers of this hotel, remembering that Caxambu is a spectacular city stalled in time, where the "World" is slowly bringing peace and tranquility.

Incredible experience

This is a hotel that should divide opinions. I loved the experience. It is housed in a historic building that was obviously the luxury of luxury in the first half of the 20th century. The high right foot, the running board floors, the huge lounges (even with green felt-coated pants that relate to the time of the casino), the chandeliers, the small indoor garden, the collection of watches etc. etc. are of unbelievable charm! I felt like I was in the movie Somewhere in the Past. The rooms are big (I stayed on the 3rd floor). The shower was old, but it worked well and the water was warm. Lack of investment to keep the place as it could be, but what Mood, what charm! Incredibly generous breakfast, attentive Service. Free parking on the next floor and free snack between 15:30 and 16:30. I would stay there peacefully again!

Ancient Casarão

Very old and historic hotel in the center of Caxambu. The proximity to the sources is excellent. There is competing afternoon tea due to the delicacies served. The cheese bread is mostly delicious. Large rooms with season furniture. Tasty breakfast. Great hotel to go with the family. Lots of activities for the kids.

Summary of the city Caxambu.

Abandoned Ex: very dirty ash lake, fountains are abandoned; in short, lack maintenance in a whole (too much dirt).
Restaurant Salgadinho (excellent food, hygiene in the dependencies are perfect).
I stayed in the Hotel Lopes perfect service with restaurant and manobrista (price is champion).
