The best hotel in Brasilia

I would be remiss if I didn’t highlight the stellar customer service team at this fabulous hotel. I was there for a work trip. It is the BEST hotel in Brasilia. It’s also the ONLY hotel in Brasilia that has a lounge from what I am told. From the amazing breakfast to the nightly happy hour to the sweet aroma fragrance you smell when you walk in the front door. The nice and kind front door gentlemen. Everyone there has a sense of urgency and you are the top priority there and I would like to highlight Evie. Thais, Jefferson Marcelo Ronaldo, the Supervisor, Hudson, Fernando, Alejandro, Rafael, and Ana.

Kindness and availability of the staff; comfortable bed and pillows, good restaurant but with few light meal options, bath and shower items are great. I think the price list for the mini-bar items is missing. Internet and Way are available.

Great hotel, and could get better

The room is very nice and with good items like cloth and pantyhose, but could have a microwave and, in particular, the smell of 'stopped air' and mold can be a hassle for those who have a more sensitive nose like mine.
Nice bed, a fridge bar full of options -- but it's worth considering that although you don't hear much noise from the other rooms or the hallway, the fridge bar usually makes a relatively loud noise, preventing a 100% quiet stay.
In terms of service, the staff is impeccable. Very educated, helpful and available. Room service also very nice and quick. Very good shower, excellent hair dryer. I just believe that the bathroom light could be less white and more yellowish or less intense.

A very good experience

I must emphasize that I booked 6 nights and used 5, for that one day that remained I asked if they could save it for September second and I did not get a response nor a refund for that unused day since it was an all-paid reservation

Con relación a la noche no utilizada, entendemos su percepción y aclaramos que la reserva realizada correspondía a una tarifa no reembolsable, por lo que el hotel siguió el procedimiento previsto para este tipo de compra. De todos modos, su comentario será compartido con la gerencia para conocimiento y seguimiento.
