Hotel Savassi, is very well located, on Rua Sergipe 939, in the Savassi neighborhood in Belo Horizonte, close to several bars and next to excellent restaurants and shopping points, offers easy access to various attractions and sights of the city
The hotel is comfortable, nice, cozy and well decorated, offers spacious and spacious rooms, with good beds, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge bar, flat-screen TV, good internet and a great bath.
It features a small outdoor pool with ice water, gym, games room and parking.
The service is agile, cordial and attentive, the breakfast is well served and of good quality.

Very bad experience
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected. We traveled family to Minas Gerais looking for comfort, hospitality and a pleasant experience, but unfortunately we encountered a succession of problems that completely compromised our stay.
The bad impression started right at the reception. The employees appeared poorly cared for and showed no sympathy or welcoming. The feeling of reluctance continued as we reached the floor of the room, whose hall had an unpleasant smell. To complete, our room had views of a wall, which made the environment even less pleasant.
However, the biggest problem was undoubtedly the cleaning. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition, with dirt, mold and lime in various parts. The feeling was a total lack of hygiene. I felt really nasty to take a bath and use the bathroom. The photos I will attach clearly demonstrate the state in which he was.
We also noticed the complete lack of information in the room. There was no identification of the services or basic guidelines, such as the number of the reception branch. We need to search this information by calling, precisely because it was not available anywhere.
After a full day of tours, we returned to the hotel just waiting to rest and had another extremely unpleasant surprise: there was no hot water in the rooms. After a tiring day, it was simply unacceptable.
The breakfast was also far below expectations. When travelling to Minas Gerais, one hopes to find a typical gastronomic experience, with regional products and quality preparations. Unfortunately, the breakfast was common, without any differential. Not even the cakes, which are often a highlight of the mining cuisine, were tasty.
Other details reinforced the feeling of abandonment and carelessness: some staff even greeted the guests; the pillows were stained; the blankets had patches; there was no trash in the room; the refrigerator made a lot of noise during the night; and the air conditioner produced a constant noise of a drop, which impaired our rest.
Finally, an episode that I find unacceptable: I couldn’t use the hair dryer because the device was visibly dirty, with hair threads wrapped in the cable. It is a detail that evidences the lack of hygiene and inspection of the items made available to guests.
And the view of the room, of the desire to cry, was a wall (photos)
I deeply regret choosing this hotel to host my family. The structure may even have potential, but the lack of cleaning, maintenance, organization and care with the guests made our experience extremely frustrating. I do not recommend the accommodation and sincerely hope that the administration reviews its standards of hygiene, conservation and care, as the service delivered is far below the expected.

We were placed on a renovated floor with open rooms, work dirt and machine noise — something totally unacceptable for guests. As he entered the room, a maid came out of the bathroom, which was extremely strange.
The room presented several problems:
• hygienic shower leaking
• seat of the loose vase
• bathroom door without finishing
• fresta in the door, no privacy
• long hair on the floor (even after cleaning on different days)
We request room change from day one, but the reception only pushes responsibility between shifts and no one solves anything. We talked to a booking manager who also didn't solve anything.
The staff demonstrates that they do not know the hotel (they do not know the room location or noise level). In addition, an elevator is under maintenance and the only one available is slow, lives full and sometimes even stops on the floor.
The location on Savassi is good, but very noisy at night, which makes the experience even worse.

Good cost benefit!
Hotel well located, service cuts, room with bed and comfortable pillows. There's a mirror in the room because it's only in the bathroom. Hot and strong shower but there was a small leak on the floor but nothing that interfered. Hot water in the sink. Very good breakfast! Hotel deserves more than 3 stars!

Oh, bad! Payment only at view. In the middle of the carnival there was not even soap in the rooms. I ordered more than once and was not restored and in the room of other friends also did not. Room cleanliness very poor... I'll never come back
