Worst hotel I've ever stayed
I'll start with the main thing: misleading propaganda. I chose the hotel by the reviews, which was clearly a mistake. Comfortable bed and good breakfast are not differential, they are obligation for a hotel of this level advertised, so I don't even consider it a positive point.
The fridge bar doesn't work. You have to ask for ice all the time, as if it were absolutely normal, and still expect the “good will” of someone to bring.
The so-called pool can barely be considered a pool. It's another big, dirty bathtub, with mud on the bottom and fat on the edges, completely unavailable. There is no warning about it. Older or disabled people have great difficulty accessing it. I myself have a knee problem and almost fell when I tried to use it. I only used it twice during the entire stay, both because of the difficulty and lack of hygiene.
The accessible men's bathroom from the pool area does not lock the door. My husband had to put a garbage can in order to close. Absurd.
In addition, there were guests listening to loud, low-level music with obscene language, and at no time saw any hotel staff intervene.
The air conditioner works whenever you want. The TV has very few channels. I made complaints at the reception, at the Booking, and no one from the hotel got in touch. No attempt to solve or even listen to the guest.
The hotel is far from everything, which makes the experience even worse, as the interior structure does not make up. For the level of stars and price announced on Booking, the expectation was much higher.
If it was a 2- or 3-star hotel, maybe it would be acceptable. But that's not the case.
I do not recommend.

Normal place to stay
It is located in a very busy avenue, there is a shopping mall in a walking distance (5 to 10 min). It is not a central area of the city.
I recommend this hotel if you are traveling for business, but I do not indicate it for vacations.
