Misleading propaganda!!

Guesthouse shows wonderful videos, deceptive advertising.
I went now in July, the restaurant was not working, the swimming pool on deck horrible, suite we stayed finished the water, came to clean up and it was worse because the water did not give to regular or was cold bath or peeling.
Hydromassage yellow water and no cold water.
When I complained to the manager they copied a text from the GPT and got it right.
Too misleading propaganda...
Horrible for what they charge..

Comfortable guesthouse, with medium service, staff requested and available. But if it weren't for the view you have from the sea, it would be a pretty medium house. I scored with the reception for not having a shower to bathe in the pool when we arrived from the beach. For a guesthouse that in social networks exposes “luxury” not having a shower in the pool that the basic and quite difficult to name in this category. At the most I liked the view and the night and beautiful.

The worst experience and I had no support from hotels.com… VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I arrived at the Pousada Vista Grega and the room i booked was with a horrible smell. No supervisor or manager at the facility. The front desk person told me they didn't had any other room available and the only was a suit with a pool. Then they overcharged me and didnt gave me another option. Then i contacted Hotels.com and they didn't help at all. I was very disappointed and since i was on vacation decided to pay just to have peace and not let that spoil my vacation that I've planned way back so i didnt had any issues. It didn't help and i had non, ZERO support from HOTELS.COM.

He left to desire

Summary of the stay:
Location : spectacular view
Access: Not so good
Cleaning: average, bathroom with no place to put soap, sponge, bad smell in the bathroom, loose pot basin cap.
Attention : super attentive staff
Breakfast: very bad, full of flies, breakfast face of the previous day's coffee, cold measured egg served, cold face of days saved.
Very bad towels, seeming to dry in a trash.
In summary, the room proposal is very
Good, but not worth 800 per day.
Leaves too much to be desired with respect to food, cleanliness of the exterior.
I would not return and also would not indicate, a pity if the owner invested a little in the details would have everything to be the best accommodation in the region.

Go but lower your expectations!

This Inn is within the Pontal condominium of Atalaia. Upon your arrival, if you are with a rental car, your name will be already on the entrance of the condo and you will receive at the hotel an identifier to leave on the umbrella of the car. It's in a steep area. The parking lot of the Inn is small like a street/side. Going further down and spread around the hill and the rocks you find the suites. I stayed five days in the most expensive suite called the stone house. It's not bad, but it promises to be more than it is. This suite is actually a house with two bedrooms and two floors. There are no amenities except a single soap in the bathroom sink. Air conditioning only in one of the rooms that are on the upper floor with the bathroom. On the lower floor a kitchen (without any utensils) with sink and refrigerator, a toilet and a TV room. The great Attraction of the place is the wonderful view to the sea of Arraial do Cabo but the direct access to the sea by the Inn, large propagating the place, leaves to be desired. It is a pier in the common area being more attractive for those who enjoy some sport at sea such as kayaking or jet ski. In the stone house suite there is a small private ice water pool and a heated hot tub characterizing the best of the room. It leaves much to be desired the receptivity of the reception staff and the cleanliness found on the first day in the room. I also think that being the best suite of the place urgently needs a reform mainly on the upper floor. Mirrors and walls well damaged, handcuff disassembling and shower in need of renovation. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom but there is no socket and no adapter in the hotel for 20 ampere, that is, the dryer is an ornament. The breakfast is very tasty and homemade made by a very friendly kitchen employee. The Inn also offers simple dishes and servings during the day and at night. Certainly for the same price there are superior suites in other places of the Brazilian coast.
