Bad shower
Great location, room with very good size, only that the bathroom very small, shower is awful, almost no water leaves and still cold. Good pool.

Frustration in Adilson's care
I was searching the place, because I would do a test, but I had a bad initial service in the part of reservations, Mr. Adilson was very rude with me, he said that I was bothering him pq I needed to question my accommodation, I believe that this should not happen, I am not from the city, I chose this hotel hostel to stay with my friends and I had this person experience, I am very disappointed, the hotel has everything to be perfect but a welcome of this I did not pay to stay...

Hosting with some problems
I stayed in this guesthouse from 07.06 to 15.06.2025 my first day was quite disappointing, because I spent a whole night in clear, fit with noise problem the whole night, dirty to the extreme and full of junkyards, I went to the tour the next day exactly exhausted, but I was very lucky to meet MILENA (receptionist wonderfulaaaaaaaaaaaa), on the day of my arrival she couldn't solve but the next day she moved me to a chalet without thinking twice, the chalet is much better because I could sleep, but he has a lot of trace, before going out I shook all the clothes and looked at the suitcase, because the chalet is clean because the ceiling is not passed so there is a spider and a lot of web, so you need to wash your hair every day due to the dead insects that fall into the spiders in bed and you see the traces and that there are many out there, it is peaceful.
Breakfast is good, service is good, reception they do what is within their reach, because each has their task, so they do no miracles.

Bad experience with the room
The experience was not very pleasant with this hotel, the positive point would be the location that is excellent and we managed to go out the night for dinner and stroll on the beach. The Valor is not so accessible that, and we opted for a master room to have access to a larger bed, and the room is too old the bed was terrible with several holes, the fridge bar with rust and all spoiled, old furniture and had a nicely smell that even after cleaning and leaving the windows open,does not go for nothing. The hotel urgently needs to invest in the renovation and exchange of all room items. There were some people who were completely uneducated, knocked on the doors, made a lot of noise and kept talking loudly interfering with the rest of others. The pool had undergone a renovation because one side had given in. In the days we were staying there, a part of the pool was banned, and I believe it was banned for a longer period.

My experience was terrible and I will never return to this hotel again!
The service of the receptionists is terrible! The hotel manager is worse than them. They make wrong calculations in relation to the values of the products consumed by the guests and then can not explain the lack of intelligence at the time of charging, leaving us p of life! I went to rest and have fun and I went through anger because of their attitudes. Want to have fun and not get angry? Don't eat anything at this hotel!
All very expensive and above all, employees unprepared to serve you and who can not even make accounts!
The double room that we paid in view for 5 days was pretty clean, but the bed mattresses are awful! I left with my column asking for help!!!
The mega bathroom box tight and the space to put shampoo, conditioner, etc, too small.
Another thing, as we went in rainy weather, the pool we could not even enjoy, because the water is cold!
Aracaju is a wonderful place, I will be back again, but in this hotel, never again!
