Rough start , I was given a twin room when I arrive instead of double room . I was put to an extension building outside the hotel . Next day I spoke to the Asian lady ( general manager) the most unhelpful manager I’ve meet . Never listen to me and she needed a customer service training - smile atleast and listen .

!!! THIS HOTEL HAS A BED BUG INFESTATION PLEASE BE CAREFUL !!!
This hotel is a disgrace. DO NOT STAY HERE. Not now and not in the near future. As you can see from other reviews: they do not take health concerns such as bed bugs seriously.
There was bed bugs in our room, which we told to multiple members of staff. We were not taken seriously and not offered any sort of compensation or solution. It was basically: leave or stay in the bed bug-infested room.
This hotel clearly has an issue they are not dealing with (please also look at the other reviews). The staff treated us horrendously and denied to offer us any help. We did not get a refund because of our non-refundable booking. You would hope that a bed bug-infestation is an exception to this policy, but apparently the hotel management is happy to put their guests at risk.
Despite multiple reports, they have not addressed the issue and the hotel has a current and active infestation of bed bugs. They pretend to care in response to negative reviews, but our experience has been anything but positive. We were not met with a single sliver of empathy from staff and were not offered any help. Instead: we first had to sleep on the floor of our room, and then were told to wait and wait until the manager could provide a response (which she/he did not do, instead opting to only respond to our rep from Hotels.com and not us ). This hotel is an absolute mess. Please reconsider staying here if you value your own health and sanity.

Very acceptable stay
3 of us booked this hotel at the last minute due to my previous hotel being cancelled without notice. We booked through Hotels.com. We had asked for a room for 3 adults to share. On arrival we were given a 'suite' in the annex across the road. The entrance to the annex was very uninviting but the room itself was spacious, clean, and air conditioned. As we were in the middle of a heatwave we were grateful for this. There was a long area, with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave etc. Brussels hotels are expensive - capital city etc, but it served its purpose. Breakfast was adequate - a reasonable choice but not exceptional. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I had no real complaints. I have noted some negative reviews but our stay for 4 nights was comfortable.

We stayed in an 'annex' across the road from the main hotel. Whilst the entrance to the annex felt very uninviting, the room itself was perfectly acceptable. We had booked for 3 adults - there was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a small outside area which suited the one of us who is a smoker! The air conditioning was very welcome because there was a heatwave, nearing 40C. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate if not too elaborate. Would recommend and would stay there again. The location was good.
