Exceptional experience
Excellent hotel, located in front of the metro and a park by the Danube. The bedding is of good quality, the breakfast varied and hearty.
The welcome is exceptional. We were drawn on the map a bike route that allowed us to see all the most important tourist points at our own pace. The self-service bike stand is right next door.
It's more than a hotel it's an experience! We'll go back there and in the same room.

Fabulous stay.
Super location especially for public transport. Good choice at Breakfast and all the food was fresh. Room with a river view was absolutely lovely

Excellent hotel experience with Radisson Red
Great location next to the U Bahn which makes all of Vienna easily accessible. Bars and restaurants on the riverside easily accessible also. Just a short walk from the old part of the city if you’d rather go on foot. Staff were very helpful and friendly creating a nice atmosphere. Room had plenty of space with a view of the river and was kept very clean each day. Breakfast was a good selection. Good value compared to other Vienna hotels and will use when I return to Austria.

THEFT!!
I pre paid for parking as part of the booking but on arrival I was told there were no parking spaces so had to use a public car park instead. Staff were useless and could not explain why there were no spaces even though I’d pre-booked parking. They had no clue about how to refund me but assured it would be done. I still haven’t been refunded for the parking and the hotel ignored my latest email. THIS IS THEFT!! Worst Radisson I’ve ever stayed in due to staff incompetency.

Teribble experience
Despite paying an additional fee for a room with a river view, I was not provided with the room type I had paid for. The hotel informed me that, due to a lack of available rooms, I would have to stay in a room without a view. They also stated that they would not change the room and, despite failing to provide the service I had paid extra for, they refused to refund the additional amount.
I have stayed at numerous hotels in various countries around the world, but I have never encountered a hotel as disappointing as Radisson RED Vienna. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. In particular, the black-haired, bespectacled female receptionist had absolutely no idea how to communicate with a guest in a professional and respectful manner.
The hotel is absolutely not worth the price. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing. It would not be an exaggeration to say that there was virtually nothing available at breakfast.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. You will waste your money and risk having your entire holiday ruined. I sincerely regret choosing this hotel and would never stay here again.
