Hotel is at very good location. Very close to train station and close to tram route which takes you to all main attractions. Staffs are very helpful and lovely breakfast.

Lovely hotel nice standard. However the reception is all self service which isn't what I expect for a 4 star hotel. Restaurant was very poor..3 out 7 of the main dishes were'nt available and my husbands meal was stone cold and inedible

This was by far the worst hotel I stayed at during my trip through Germany, the Czech Republic, and Austria.
On the first night, I had to change rooms because the air conditioning in my original room was not working properly. Unfortunately, the new room had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Since I was staying for three nights, I asked if I could move to another room. However, the hotel manager told me that the hotel was fully booked and that I could not change rooms twice.
What disappointed me most was the manager's attitude. Both room changes were requested because of problems with the hotel itself, not because of personal preference. Under those circumstances, I expected an apology and a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told that changing rooms twice was not possible, which made me feel as though I was being blamed for issues that were entirely beyond my control.
Fortunately, the sewage smell was eventually resolved, and the rest of my stay was acceptable. Nevertheless, the malfunctioning air conditioning, the sewage odor, and the management's handling of the situation made this the worst hotel experience of my trip.

We love the hotel. The breakfast is fantastic. However, you have to take a subway to the old town which is not ideal for us. But it is super close to the main train station which is nice.

Generally the stay is good but the internet is freaking slow!!! So slow that my phone even use my mobile net. Able to seat at the window frame is really relaxing. The noise isolation is not very good tho, especially if you stay near the elevator.
