Great atmosphere, nice hotel

Really excellent hotel. Location is great. Friendly stuff, very good breakfast, clean and comfy beds, large lobby bar, great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Fabulous

This is a beautiful hotel! The lobby is stunning, our room was amazing, the food and bar was awesome and all the staff were phenomenal! A special recognition goes to Vesna Nesterovic whom we got to know at breakfast every morning. Her smile, service and attention to detail along with her wonderful personality made us feel very welcomed and definitely put an extra sparkle on each day!

Wonderful hotel!

Great hotel in classic style and decor. Comfortable room, spacious and quiet. Great breakfast in a large lounge. Bar, coffee shop and restaurant with piano. Excellent location! Staff friendly and attentive, with special mention to Frank. I highly recommend!

I was living in a room that should be a non smoking room, but when I opened the door, sigar or cigarillos have been smoked there, by earlier guests. Room need to be thoroughly cleaned, carpet need deep cleaning, all curtains and walls need also to be cleaned. Check of each room should be checked by a representative from the management or head of cleaning staff.
Do your due diligence before handling a room to a new customer.

The Bar, The Intercontinental Hotel, Vienna

Vienna is renowned for its charm and elegance.
