Amazing, friendly hotel, ski trip for me and my daughter
To sum the hotel up in one word, Fantastic!
Lovely friendly welcome by the owners, room was really nice, clean and modern, we asked for the second bed for my daughter and it was a sofa style bed but with a proper mattress on it, my daughter loved it.
Breakfast had a good selection of food and hot items were cooked to order
We had a name tag in our table and same table each day which was perfect
We didn’t eat main meals in the hotel, we explored the village instead but the food / menu looked good.
Always had a drink when we got back to the hotel and again staff so friendly, you didn’t need to give your room number, they just knew it, it’s that type of lovely friendly place
The pool and spa area was amazing, better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in, great large pool and really nice facilities for the steam room, saunas, chill out areas and showers.
The only, down side was parents letting young kids run in and out of the spa area which was annoying but not the hotel’s fault, more parents not following the rules.
Most times it was really quiet due to being a small hotel, really well look after and clean.
Ski lift only a 5 minute walk away which was ideal, we left our skis in the lockers by the lift to save carrying them, lots of nice restaurants and shops in the area, it’s very nice, feels safe and clean.
After a days skiing the hotel put on cake and hot drinks between 3 & 5 which was a nice surprise.
We checked out in the morning and went skiing on our last day, the hotel allowed us to leave our cases there and have a shower and change before being picked up for our transfer home
It was a perfect location and amazing hotel for me and my 15 year old daughter, we loved it

Relaxing days in a great hotel
We had a suite and more than enough space as a family.
The "cherry on the cream cake" would have been insect screens on the windows and a coffee (capsule) machine in the suite for us.
