Great experience
Really lovely experience, great service very organised hotel. clean and comfortable rooms and 6 minute walk to slopes. Staff were particularly attentive. Would highly recommend for family trips that want the ease of having everything provided for.

Very basic hotel. It has some nice living room but large but basic rooms. Single bathroom.
Very poor breakfast.
Dinner for the hungry.
We weren't allowed to use the sauna. Allegedly under maintenance.

Basically a no star basic hotel ... for tea you have to go down to reception to get hot water.no soap in the bath roo
Dirty hotel with spiders and big ants. broken doors. Frugal breakfast, very basic, just bread butter jam, cereal, and whole fruits.. not even a coffee machine. The sheets were dirty.. electric fittings loose. There was no soap in the bathroom.. bathroom floor was sticky.. basically not worth staying.

Cosy alpine hotel
During our recent stay at this charming wooden decor hotel situated on the main road, in Innsbruck Austrian Tirol , we had a delightful experience with a few notable highlights and some aspects that could use improvement. The hotel itself exudes a quaint and cozy ambiance, reminiscent of a picturesque cabin in the woods. Its wooden interiors add to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, immediately making guests feel at home.

Rudeness and zero welcome
Clean hotel and in a good location.
Unfortunately the staff is extremely RUDE, and decidedly unwelcoming.
THERE IS NEVER ANYONE AT THE RECEPTION.
dinner from 6pm to 8pm, if you arrive at 7.30pm you risk not eating and they calmly inform you as if it wasn't their problem.
I had a serious health problem, I asked for a doctor at 8.50pm, and I was told that they had finished their shift and that I would have to wait until the morning and go to a doctor, or otherwise make do by calling an ambulance. .
I asked for a blood pressure monitor, and they said they didn't have one.
And for the night then no one in the reception with the doors closed at the entrance.
The next day I asked to leave due to serious health problems, and without batting an eyelid they asked me for the entire sum (it was 4 nights, I stayed 2) and although I asked for a discount for understanding what had happened, they told me they ALSO charged 20 euros for 4 bottles of water!!!
