Family-run hotel, well suited for couples!

We were welcomed very warmly and felt welcome immediately. The hotel is nicely situated and we liked it very much.

Alpine elegant hotel in Neustift

Great hotel in Neustift directly at the cable car. Short walk to the center and grocery stores. Ideal starting point for hikes.

Peut mieux faire

We would like to highlight the very friendly and multilingual staff who took care of us courteously. The hotel is centrally located yet quiet, which makes the stay pleasantly relaxing. Both the copious breakfast and dinner were good (except for the somewhat unimaginative salad bar and, moreover, we found it strange that water is only served for free when wine is ordered – in comparable hotels, water is usually included as a matter of course.). The sauna area is also very nicely designed and invites you to relax. The entire hotel is clean and well maintained.
However, there are also some points that do not meet the standard of comparable homes:
Unfortunately, the standard rooms look very dated (80s/90s style), including old-fashioned decoration and a poorly furnished balcony. The 3/4 board was very disappointing for us – the choice is limited, what we are used to differently from hotels of this category. The meal times are tightly paced, the Service runs at a rapid pace. We had to ask repeatedly to get a little more time between courses.
The beauty department is also unwelcoming: The staff is very friendly, but the atmosphere is rather unlovely and hardly conveys a real sense of wellness. Furthermore, there were not all treatments during the week due to holiday. Only massages could be booked, which we found very disappointing.
Conclusion:
A clean hotel with a beautiful location and great sauna area, but with room renovations and room for improvement in gastronomy and wellness.
