Helga , manages large tables

We were twenty gentlemen for the company meeting. The food was excellent ... the asparagus salad with strawberries, wow. An appealing house with spacious rooms and absolutely sufficient breakfast buffet . But what really sweetened our evening was the twenty hours waitress Helga ! If you are staying here as a larger group you should try to book Helga . Nice , with overview , absolutely!

Pass the way

This hotel is really to avoid We arrived on a Sunday. There is no welcome. We're given codes to retrieve the cards. The system does not work very well and we waited 15 minutes to have our rooms. To our surprise every morning at 6am, there are the staff vacuuming. (Never seen in a hotel) The reception rooms are also rented to make breakfast from 6am on groups of 40 50 people. I let you imagine the noise .. there is no respect for people because people talk and slam doors in the middle of the night .. In five days, I didn’t do a single full night. I am very sorry to have chosen this hotel..

Dear Customer, thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry that you didn't feel well in our hotel and that the noise of some guests as well as our cleaning staff disturbed you. It would have been great if you would have told us immediately so that for sure we would have stopped the noise from the vaccum cleaner.

Linz: then please stay here

A successful combination of tradition and modernity, which is what I hope to experience in Austria. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. From the reception to the service staff. Be sure to stop by the bar and the restaurant. It's worth it.

Modern, very attractive hotel

All in all a lovely hotel. Tasteful rooms. Pleasant restaurant area. Good breakfast with everything you need.
Very attentive and courteous staff. A forgotten cosmetic case was sent to us immediately. Thank you very much for that.
We will be back.

Stunning hotel

Beautiful hotel even with been on a busy road. Very friendly staff great atmosphere lovely food. Seem to be very pet friendly as tgere was cats and dogs roaming around but all very friendly. If your a smoker they have area's inside the main bar where you can smoke and also non smoking area's. Very clean hotel and the room I was well outstanding to say the least. There is a train right outside the hotel going into the centre of linz which I think was around €2.40 return. Plenty of shopping when you come out of the hotel.
