relaxing break

We stayed here both in summer and winter. The particularly warm atmosphere, the location, the road does not disturb, parking, bus stop right outside the front door. Cleanliness and pre-occurrence is very important. My highlight is the indoor pool with sauna ;)! There is also a ski cellar, gym and relaxation lounge for consuming drinks and reading time.
We will definitely come back.

Warm Welcome and Excellent Stay at Hotel Garni Entstrasser

Hotel Garni Entstrasser is a wonderful Pension just outside of the centre of Kitzbuhel (15 minute walk or 2 stops on the bus that stops outside). It is run by the delightful Klaus and Bettina who will give you a truly warm welcome and explain everything from transport to ski areas to restaurant suggestions. Nothing is too much to ask. Breakfast is taken in the beautiful breakfast room and there is nothing you cannot get! Full English breakfast, continental, croissants, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, muesli, breadrolls, boiled eggs. Name it and they have it and if not I'm sure they would get it for you. Down in the basement you will find a large swimming pool. The rooms are large and well appointed. Mine was a single with a large single bed. I had everything I needed at hand and a balcony with a lovely mountain view and the sunshine all day. I was never cold, the heating works very well and is never shut down. I stayed at Hotel Garni Entstrasser for 2 weeks. I have already booked again for next year and can't wait to go back.

Wonderful couple of days

We have just spent two lovely nights at Hotel Garni. From the minute we walked in the door of this easy to find guesthouse we were made to feel welcomed, comfortable and secure. The hosts were helpful, professional and offered great suggestions. Our twin room with balcony ( great views) was everything we needed. ( lift access) breakfast was plentiful with a great selection. Just a short flat walk to town and all the attractions we wanted to access. We would highly recommended this hotel to anyone travelling to Kitzbuel.

A wonderful stay over Christmas

We stayed in three double rooms, all with balconies, over Christmas week 2021. We were welcomed by Klaus and Bettina Entstrasser, brother and sister, who worked very hard to make our holiday as comfortable and stress free as possible. From advising on ski hire and ski lessons to ordering taxis and sorting out free pre-departure Covid tests, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were comfortable with powerful hot showers and plenty of wardrobe space for ski gear. Breakfasts were wonderful with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice and a selection of cheeses and cold meats as well as cereals, yoghourts and fruit. Bacon, sausage and boiled or scrambled eggs were prepared by Frau Entstrasser, Klaus and Bettina’s mother who remains involved in the running of this lovely little hotel. The pristine pool and sauna were very welcome after a hard day on the slopes and the boot room was very convenient for storing skis and boots. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel and it’s just a 10 minute ride to the main cable car in the centre of Kitzbuhel.
