Clean room, comfortable bed. Great location and excellently friendly staff. Basic hotel, but but good value for the money.

Absolutely dreadful

I had to change the first room because it was so dirty. The second one was no better: Chewing gum on the walls and doors. Cookie crumbs in the completely dusty metal bed (if someone wants to sleep like in a prison cell - this is the place). Above the double bed, there is a single bed. The partition wall has probably never been cleaned. Stains on the towels. I placed the towels on the floor so they would be changed for the second night. They were merely picked up and folded by housekeeping. Starting at 5 AM, the supermarket located under the hotel is supplied with goods. Hellish noise. In summer, sleeping with the window open is impossible. At least the air conditioning should work for that. It does not! The breakfast buffet: an incredibly uncomfortable room with a buffet that is more than basic. All in all, one of the worst, dirtiest, loudest, ugliest hotels I have ever stayed in. I can only warn. Embarrassing and damaging for the IBIS chain!!

Besonders möchten wir uns für die Mängel bei der Reinlichkeit der Zimmer entschuldigen. Dies wird an die entsprechended Stellen weitergegeben um derartige zukünftige Fehler zu vermeiden. Wir entschuldigen uns auch für die technischen Schwierigkeiten mit der Klimaanalge. Diese wird momentan leider gerade gewartet und sollte kürzlich wieder voll zur Verfügung stehen. Wir hoffen, Sie konnten Ihre restliche Zeit in Graz genießen.
