Wonderful!
Food: The food was excellent. Every meal was a treat and the choice of food impressed us greatly. Especially the "Tyrolean speciality evening" - a highlight with the finest veal knuckle and tender roast beef! The breakfast buffet: very extensive offer and a good start to the day!
Rooms: The rooms are superbly equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. We immediately felt at home! The children were allowed to sleep in a separate double bed directly adjacent to the parent bedroom.
Hospitality and service: The hospitality and service at the hotel were perfect. The bosses Iris and Peter as well as the entire staff were always friendly, helpful and courteous.
Pool and wellness: very relaxing, tastefully decorated and just the thing to relax and unwind. The kids had fun in the outdoor pool.
Child friendly: We were particularly impressed by the child-friendliness of the hotel. Our children felt completely comfortable and welcome - the playroom offered a good change from the outdoor program on the mountain.
All in all, our stay at the Hotel Alte Post in Fieberbrunn was a consistently positive experience. We can recommend this hotel without restriction and are already looking forward to our next visit in the summer.

Good in itself, but in detail it could be better
nice, large room that is still relatively new (or maybe renovated). Huge ski room with locker per room. Free underground parking or outdoor parking. Attractive wellness area with enough sunbeds. Good food with choices.
On the minus side:
Expensive beverages (both alcoholic beverages, and e.g. tap water - 3 EUR for a carafe of tap water). Hair dryer did not work. Very small drinks menu (both in the restaurant and at the bar). Wellness area is only open from 14:00 (but was opened earlier on a rainy day). Cross-country access is almost 700m from the hotel, although the website mentions 300m. Small defects in the room.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir es sehr, dass einige Aspekte nicht zu Ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit waren. Ihre Anmerkungen zu unserer Getränkeauswahl in der Bar und im Restaurant nehmen wir ernst und werden diese in zukünftige Überlegungen einfließen lassen, wenn Sie uns kurz mitteilen könnten, was Ihnen gefehlt hat? Bezüglich des Haartrockners möchten wir uns entschuldigen – unser Team hätte diesen gerne direkt vor Ort ausgetauscht. Und es wäre auch sehr hilfreich, wenn Sie uns die kleinen Mängel im Zimmer mitteilen könnten, dann würden wir sie umgehend beheben.
Es würde uns sehr freuen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und Ihnen einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt zu bieten.

Old post office, not so old
We really liked it for the spontaneous weekend. Especially since the valley run to Fieberbrunn was really fun because it was relatively fast and wide.

Great hotel in the center of Fieberbrunn
Our room was great, modern decorated, the bathroom a dream. Also the wellness area with saunas, relaxation room and the swimming pool on the roof of the hotel.
We would love to come back
