Great short break - only recommended!

Great hotel, very good Service, excellent breakfast, dinner in neighbouring hotel Bergparadies ok. Room spacious, very clean.

No 4-star standard at dinner

The hotel is very attractive and modern.
Unfortunately, Dorfgastein was already "dead pants" from mid-March.
Therefore, dinner was not served in the hotel, but 3 houses further in the Hotel Eggerwirt. There were four of us.
The 3-course menu was not worthy of a 4-star hotel.
Since there were hardly any guests in the hotel, the bar was not open in the evening.
And that in a 4-star hotel. Too bad!!!

Danke für Euer Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihr unser Hotel ansprechen gefunden habt. Wir sind kein 4-Stern Hotel, wir haben uns bewusst gar nicht kategorisieren lassen. Preislich liegen wir aber in dem 3-Sterne Segment.
Es tut uns Leid, dass Euch das Abendessen nicht zugesprochen hat, leider war in Dorfgastein tatsächlich kaum was los in der Zeit Eurer Besuch. Das hat aber auch seine Vorteile. :)
Wir würden uns freuen Euch vielleicht ein anderes Mal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Smart Hotel

Very good and relaxing hotel, for a ski holiday!
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are comfortabel and the beds are amazing. Perfect for a good sleep after a day on the slopes.
The area is quiet, and peaceful.
Breakfast is well cared for, healthy options and delicious.
They provide everything you need for a good start of the day.
The ski room is clean, and there is a nice and small wellness area.

Nice hotel in a great location

The hotel is located right on the church square in Dorfgastein. It is tastefully decorated and everything was clean and tidy. The room is spacious and very nicely furnished. The shower is great. The mattresses are rather soft, but you could sleep really well. The balcony was very large and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was completely sufficient and there was something for everyone. Good quality and taste. The whole team was friendly and accommodating. You can feel comfortable and enjoy yourself here.

Good service and friendly staff who are ready to help you. It buffed was super good

During the visit to this hotel I had nothing to complain about. However, this hotel has some attention points of maintenance. Contrary to that, the food and staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel has beautiful mountain views.
There is a spar supermarket nearby as well as some bakeries where you can get tasty sandwiches. Would take cash with you what you can't pin everywhere.
That's why I definitely recommend this hotel that want a nice holiday to Austria
