Long-time guests – unfortunately very disappointed this time
The restaurant service staff continued to be friendly, attentive and professional – for which high praise.
Very unpleasant was our experience at the reception. The employee working there was not only unmotivated, but also partly dismissive of us. We had the impression that guests were more likely to be perceived as annoying. For a hotel of this category, such handling is not acceptable in our view. At check-in, we first had contact with another person who was very friendly and professional – just as you would expect in a house of this category.
We were also rejected by the senior manager at the in-house ski rental when we wanted to rent skis for a day – on the grounds that the service afterwards was more expensive than the revenue. However, according to the price list, daily rentals are also offered.
We then rented the skis from the neighbouring rental shop – there we were immediately greeted with a friendly welcome with the words: “Yes, very much.”
We have already booked another stay in September/October via a booking platform. However, after the experience we have had, we are seriously considering reconsidering this reservation.
We write this review as long-time guests because we have always really liked the hotel. Under these circumstances, we can not recommend the hotel at this time. Reto. B.

The dark-haired gentleman at the reception was very unfriendly and also made inappropriate comments.

Everything worked for us. Very fine food, attentive staff and a pleasant ambience.
Already the reception was very friendly and we felt directly welcome.
We booked the WE through DeinDeal. It included a hearty double room incl. half board.
That food was very delicious and consisted of several courses.
Various very fine salads and another starter from the buffet, soup, main course and dessert were served. Cheese selection from the buffet.
The staff was very attentive and friendly, we enjoyed it.
Breakfast buffet top!
No wishes were left unfulfilled.
Room clean and functional. We had views of the beautiful garden with pool.
