Easy self service check in
Easy self service check in. Clean and comfortable room. Left a device behind and they were kind enough to organise to courier it to me. Excellent value for money.

Tiny room and unhelpful contact staff
As mentioned in many of the reviews this is a clever, tech savvy way to run a motel. the motel is nice decked out in terms of the facilities BUT in the case of value for money I cannot say this was the case at all. After asking for a quiet room if possible, I found I was located in a room directly on the road so before unpacking I contacted the number on the bed to see if this could be changed. If I wanted to do this the cost was going to be significantly higher and the manner in which the news was delivered was less than customer friendly. Given I was already concerned about how small the room space was, no bedside table and no room for my suitcase to be left open in the room , along with the fact that the only space to sit in the room was on the bed. A very claustrophobic experience to say the least. In the phone conversation I mentioned that I would probably not choose to stay at this motel again which seems to have had an interesting outcome. I have tried to ascertain if there are any sizes to the room types available on the booking site that I used and have found that I have been blocked on this site. All dates I enter list the property as full booked, doesn't matter what date I enter. Along with this I can not put up a review on this site. Hence my lengthy review here. Seems to be highly rated on that popular booking site but be aware, there could be negative reviews that are not getting through.....
ps I left Motel 24 after 30 minutes of unsuccessfully attempting to find a space for my belongings and booked into another venue. Had a fantastic room with wonderful hosts, a comfy bed and a great night's sleep.

Bugs everywhere!
Upgraded to the deluxe suite and there were ants riddled throughout the room including the kitchen, microwave, even in the kettle. Top it off with 2 spiders (alive) in the bed. Was told to 'use the fly spray'.
When I requested to change rooms was told 'there are none available' despite the place looking pretty much empty. Atrocious Customer Service, never again! I will take my frequent visits to Wodonga elsewhere. File too big to attach.

Good would recommend upgrading to a slightly bigger room. As mine was a bit small but the room was clean and had a hob

Everything really good, clean, tidy, easy to check in and out. Good location. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants.
