When they state basic room it’s very basic , basically a bed , tv and aircon in a room, to use the shower or toilet you gotta walk down the hall, however the room was clean the staff were excellent and for what you pay it’s a good deal. The bistro is well priced and the food is great.

I still haven’t gotten my deposit back from either of the 2 rooms I booked

Bar and downstairs area was nice. Room was aweful as was the bathrooms. Room smelt heavily of cigarettes. All the clothes in my bag were ruined from the smell

It was convenient for me because I wanted somewhere close to the Olympic village, but otherwise a bit in the middle of nowhere and 1.5 km from the nearest transit stop. Bar and restaurant and external appearance are nice but rooms and bathrooms are worn and not the cleanest.

There is no main reception, had go looking for someone to book in.
Unusual dirty mark on top of fresh bedding,. Always was chasing someone to get servered at the bar, some didnt even understand what vodka am orange was. Will never return.
Wont let me add photos.
Upside food was good.
