A good hotel in term of location, the room was dark and the bed not comfortable. There is also no breakfast option at the hotel and around the hotel not much was open on Sunday. Close to the stadium which is a plus.

Great little boutique hotel, as long as you don't need wifi.

Charming and clean, convenient to public transportation and a nice but simple continental breakfast. We noticed as soon as we got to our room, wifi internet signal was very weak. So weak, in fact, that most of the time we could not connect at all. We took some measurements and shared them with hotel staff, both verbally and via email. They politely replied to our verbal and email notifications, but for the entire week they never did fix it. BTW, the signal strength in the lobby was fine (we had to go to the lobby in order to send them an email), which might be the reason they were somewhat lackadaisical about addressing the problem. It seems that the further you are from the lobby, the lower the signal. So, avoid room 105! See screenshots of wifi in the room (all below standard-red) and in the lobby (just fine)

Great service and nice touches. Good coffee in the room, modern rooms and showers. Good location with easy access to buss routes.

Great check in, Dylan got us into our rooms early and gave excellent suggestions for dining and walking about. Rooms were adequate, not large but had everything we needed. Hotel lobby was perfect for coffee and pastries and hanging out. Great location! Absolutely perfect for restaurants shopping and pubs. Bus 333 to downtown or to Bondi Beach. Super simple.

Clean, staff super accommodating and great area for shops, bars and restaurants. Couldn’t have picked a better location! Bus 333 into the city or Bondi Beach. Seriously the best
