Not bad, but needs to be better!!
This was our first time stay, as I always wanted to get photos of the Perth skyline!
We Stayed for 2 nights as a part of a Redballoon gift voucher provided by Camera Electronic store in Perth.
The hotel is nice and tidy, plenty of parking for guests, great location for photographers!!
Room was decent, shower could have been a better experience (hotter and with a decent shower head) and the included continental breakfast was pretty poor and little choice really (don't be stingy for $224 per night!) for protein eaters (no real cheese or eggs or cold meats).

Decent but needs improvements

First time stay, hotel is nice and tidy, plenty of parking for guests, great location for photographers!!

No thanks
This hotel is really just a place to sleep in an emergency, parking is a nightmare and the rooms smell terrible. On a plus the staff were very friendly however the hotel and its occupants came across dodgy.

Why
Reception member Reece treated my daughter and me very rude. When we arrived at the hotel, I called the reception to ask if we could drive through the gate of the undercover car park, not knowing you could actually also drive to the reception above the car park. He asked under what name our booking was and I gave him my name and surname. Apparently, there was no booking to be found, so I gave him my mum's name (we both have the same surname). "That was not the name you gave me at first" was what I got back in a childish tone. He also said: "I don't understand why you don't come to the reception first" and he just hung up. At the desk, he again treated us very unpolite, because we accidentally pulled out the credit card too soon. Another guest who was also checking in, looked surprised at how he was talking to us. Fortunately, all other staff members were friendly.
