Was great to.finally stop.and have a rest. The staff were exceptional and even cooked us a meal. Such a great clean room, comfortable bed amd pet friendly. Only the shower needed updating if I.had to critique something. Recommended for the clean comfortable bed.and friendly staff.

This was the worst place I have ever seen. Yes it was cheap but it was dirty, smelly, stuffy.
1) An overflowing filthy large ashtray full of cigarette buts and three old packets greeted you at the dingy room door with the paint peeling off.
2) Carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed. Carpet look unclean.
3) The bathroom was old but ugly, not that clean.
4) Aircon when turned on smelt stale and off.
I left, I could not stay in that disgusting flea pit of a hotel. I asked for a refund. I was told to talk to You, Expedia.com. I will be asking you, Expedia for a full $116 refund.
Also if I was Expedia I would not list that hotel at all. The people running it have no idea. Infact I think it would breach the hotel act, unclean, disgusting place. I want a refund!

Dont judge a book by its cover

Yep, the carpark needs tidying up, bushes need trimming and a good general clean. But the rooms are clean neat and tidy, beds are comfortable. Treat it as its designed, its not a resort its a place to sleep. Darby the owner was extremely helpful when we had an issue with a car, he even called in a friend to help as nothing was open in town.
Read the room, dont be pretencious, arrogant or easily offended, you're in an outback hotel run by outback poeple, your're the one that needs to adapt to the situation not them !

Outside areas need some care and attention

The room was reasonably clean apart from a mouldy shower curtain and dirt build up in the corners of the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Plates and cutlery were supplied which we appreciated.
Outside the unit is in disrepair and uncared for. We found a BBQ which we cleaned up and used for dinner and breakfast. It was well lit. The outdoor table was filthy as was the BBQ
