Awesome place to stay

Fabulous room, friendly staff and an easy location via Victoria Parade to get to city by tram. Massive king size comfy beds, we will be back thank you

Filthy Filthy Disgusting rooms and also unsafe

Absolutely disgusting! The first room was filthy and had offensive words written on the ledge, had know coffee tea sugar milk or cutlery, got up graded to another filthy room, DO NOT STAY HERE ! Big waste of money! 90 Albert st east Melbourne, what a bloody joke!

Room was decent, had one little ant issue but manager addressed it right away. Comfortable accommodations, anything we needed they took care of right away. A nice place to stay!

Not ideal

Location great….
Room smelt like vomit upon entry and window was open.
There was Glass on the floor, along with lots of wrappers and used tissues in plain sight, as well as a lot more under the beds. There was a large amount of Sticky green liquid on bench, fridge, skirting board and walls which smelt foul.
Staff came, vacuumed up more glass, spot cleaned coffee and sauce off cupboard and wiped the mirrors as they had sticky marks on them too.
No apology or recognition of the state or smell of the room, but offered to vacuum and clean again.
I needed to buy glen 20 and dettol wipe for all surfaces and bathroom areas with more brown coffee like marks coming off the bedside tables and tv remote.
Not for families.

Our room was at the top of the stairs and looked like an old cleaning room. There was only a sheer blind on the window which made the room quite light. The bathroom was tiny with no fan or handle on the bathroom door. There was mould on the roof of the bathroom and the walls needed a good clean. There were also no mugs or cups in the room despite having tea and coffee supplies. The room was dusty. Not worth the money spent.
