Highly recommended

Very convenient location to Austin hospital where my father was getting treatment , Jessica was an absolute delight she is an asset to the company. Rooms were great, clean and very comfortable!! Only negative was traffic on back side of apartments was really noisey

Sadly unsatisfactory

Location was fantastic, check in was easy & fast with very friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately the the room was terribly unclean, dirty dishes put away in cupboards, stains and marks all over the couch, placemats on dining table, walls, dirty footprints on bathroom floor, dirty ashtray left out on the balcony with buttons in it (we don't smoke, disgusting) glass sliding doors to balcony covered in fingerprints and grubby marks, cobwebs and unswept/mopped.
The spare blanket had strands of hair all over it and what I can only describe as bodily fluid stains also.
The foyer smelt amazing and felt inviting which was nice but unfortunately it wasn't enough to convince me to stay here again!!!

Main TV did not work and could not get ac heating to work but apart from those 2 issues it was okay. Bed very comfortable
