Great location with excellent facilities and friendly staff!

The staff were friendly and always readily available to help. The location was prime and super close to many locations within walking distance. The room was neat and clean. We got upgraded upon check in and got a nice room with a balcony overlooking the nearby park which was nice to see both in the morning and at night. It has a kitchenette so it was convenient if we brought food back to the room. Note that this property is a semi-service apartment/hotel so unless you book a room inclusive of housekeeping, you won't get daily housekeeping services but if you need towels changed or anything, simply calling the front desk will help get the job done. We had to request some supplies like slippers at the front desk but it was super easy. Check out was at 10:00 but our flight was in the afternoon so we asked for a later check out and were granted 11:00 at no charge. It would've been nice if we could've gotten 12:00 but l understand they need to turn over the rooms for the next guest since I've worked in hotels before.

Really central place to stay in cbd. All staff are extremely helpful and very welcoming.
The only improvement I would suggest is more changing of sheets, and hoovering of the rooms, and especially under beds, especially for longer staying guests.
I would stay here again, despite that as it is very good and it's probably because I stayed for almost a week.

Close to the city, sizeable room and tram stop right outside.

This hotel is a fantastic choice if you want to be close to the heart of the city without feeling cramped. The room was impressively sizeable—giving plenty of space to unpack and relax comfortably. Having a tram stop right outside the front door made getting around completely effortless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, space, and easy transit.

We stayed twice last week. Once for three nights then again later in the week for two. So we had two check ins and out, and two different rooms. Both excellent, clean, comfortable studio rooms. Very quiet given the location. Reception staff are fabulous and very professional. Great location for transport, restaurants, etc., but plenty of places have that. My vote goes to extremely helpful staff and thoughtful comfort in the rooms. We will be back
