Fantastic location and wonderful staff
I recently stayed at Novotel Melbourne Central for two nights on a business trip and had a really enjoyable stay.
The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Melbourne and surrounded by an excellent choice of cafés, restaurants and bars. It’s also only a short walk to the major shopping centres and the Melbourne CBD business district, which made getting around incredibly easy.
The staff were wonderful — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The hotel was a great base for a business trip, but I’d also happily stay here for a leisure visit because of the location and everything that’s right on the doorstep.
Overall, a great stay and excellent value for the location. I’d definitely stay at Novotel Melbourne Central again.

An absolute gem!!!
This is my new go to hotel in Melbourne not only is it conveniently located near the shopping district it is also only a 10 min walk to Southern Cross Station. The rooms are well appointed and clean and fresh. I stayed here in February, June and now July. I’ve already booked for my birthday in August and November. The staff and service is friendly and professional as well as being really helpful. Being a gold Accor member I got a nice discount on my buffet breakfast. It’s the only hotel I’m staying at in Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff and Great Location
I had a wonderful stay at Novotel. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very easy to explore the city and get around.

I loved this hotel - room was small 20 so metres but had everything we needed. My problem was the bed - too hard and could feel the springs.
