The room was very large and was close to every amenity needed. Staff were very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the dryer took too long to dry my clothes.

I have stayed here a few times and obviously its brilliant as it's so cost effective compared to other nearby properties. But in this instance the fact that they have no staff onsite was a problem for me.
The aircon in my room wasn't working and wouldn't heat up the room. When I called it put me through to a call centre and the only option they offered me was to go to a storage room on a different floor and get a plug in heater and bring it back to the room myself. I did this but I couldn't get into the storage room so had to call the call centre back again. It was after 11pm before I got it sorted and the heater really didnt do much to heat up the room. In this instance it really struck me how problematic it is not to have anyone onsite to help if there are issues.

⚠️ BE WARY! HEATING & COOLING ISSUES, PARKING & KNOWN ITEM LEFT IN APARTMENT GONE ⚠️

Don't take anything with you really value - cause you'll never get it back.
We accidently left my sons bear in the bathroom to dry & afterchecking out Sunday morning, we called on Sunday night & Monday morning to check it was there, we've been told "that they thoroughly checked with house keeping & we're unable to locate the items in the apartment"...which only means the bear has been taken with my sons name printed on it or its been chucked in the bin. SO IMAGINE IF YOU ACTUALLY LEFT SOMETHING REALLY VALUABLE BEHIND?
We also had issues with the heating/cooling, we were unable to turn fans speed down and we were unable to increase the temperature. This resulted in me and my son having respiratory issues while we stayed at this apartment.
Parking for an SUV like a Kia Sorrento? Don't bother using theirs. You'll end up scraping something. & to get your bags upstairs you have to haul them up 2 flights of stairs - there's no elevator.
Look elsewhere for accommodation - I wouldn't want your money to go to somewhere that doesn't value their guests.

Very spacious apartment in a great central location. Roomy bathroom, comfy king size bed. A dining table would make the the place perfect.

Reception area was awkward. The receptionist was lovely. No hair dryer in the room. There was a reminder in the kitchen area to clean your mess otherwise you’ll get charged $50 cleaning
