Great location with transport and restaurants close by. Spacious apartment with plenty of storage. The dishwashers need updating. Helpful staff.

The hotel was in a good location and within a short walk to the Princess Theatre and tram stops. We were on the 21st floor, the room was quiet with excellent views and great facilities including a wonderful hot shower. Great value.

The room was clean and a comfortable size. Room to move with a nice kitchenette and ensuite. The staff were friendly and we had no problems with connecting to or the use of the Wi-Fi. The hotel was well situated, walking distance from the mall, Chinatown and laneway cafes as well as the trams which run right out the front. Have stayed at Citadines before and would probably stay again.

Convenient base to explore the city

Picked this place because of ASR's winter promotion. Happy with our three-night experience. Good location for visitors exploring the city. Walking distance to major public transportation. Many Asian restaurants nearby. Easy and friendly front desk. The room is big and well equipped with basic things. No daily service and on-site restaurant, but we didn't really mind considering the room price. It's a good value-for-money place.
