Great staff. Easy and secure parking. Rooms and some appliances require updating. Overall would stay again. Its quiet but also very close to public transport. Breakfast supplied and rooms serviced daily. Again, staff very friendly and welcoming. Easy to talk to.

Very old room very plain everything old and outdated continental breakfast was poor went else where for breakfast bed was clean and ok though

Great location and parking

Great location close to the Nth. Melbourne shopping and restaurant strip.
Very close to hospitals
and the entertainment venue The Meatworks.
Rooms clean , basic with a substantial breakfast of cereals, toast and condiments. Coffee, tea, biscuits and pure orange juice provided in room.
Reasonably priced

Great stay for a budget motel. Clean room, with everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Small balcony with outdoor setting. Great shower. Continental in room breakfast was just like home - cereal, toast, jam, marmalade, vegemite, tea, coffe and best of all proper milk...no UHT milk here. Places to eat a comedy club and a few pubs only a short walk away, as well as IGA, chemist etc.

the room was clean, i saw a few places that weren’t clean like corners with people’s hair still there but everything else was good! lots od emedities! such as microwave, kettle, toaster, plates and bowls! 5 minute walk from free tram station and was an amazing stay for just two nights! would definitely stay again if it was for a short while! all staff were lovely and welcoming and super helpful!
