Whitton Malt House Magic

Great weekend away at the Whitton Malt House! Worth the drive. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cabins comfortable and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Great place to visit.

Be warned

On arrival, a laminated card inside the cabin warned the adjacent factory operates between May and September. Many guests "enjoy the noise”, it explained.
In truth, it is a relentless, cycling, low-frequency industrial hum that, for me, made sleep impossible. Earplugs had no effect.
I slept on the lounge room couch (slightly less noisy) and considered sleeping in the car or driving half an hour through darkness to a hotel in town.

Yet Another Wonderful Stay at Whitton Malt House

Another fantastic stay at the Whitton Malt House. The service was exceptional as always, and a special shoutout to Sarah, who was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The grounds and caravan sites are immaculate and beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, with excellent dinner, drinks, and breakfast service throughout our visit.
We genuinely can’t fault our experience and look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for consistently delivering such a high standard of hospitality.

Great venue

The venue is amazing and well set up.
Cabins are new and very comfortable.
On Saturday we had drinks and lunch while waiting for our txt to let us know our cabin was ready.
Good was 10/10 and service was even better.
Sat night for dinner was very much different.
Not enough staff to serve only a 1/4 full venue. Had to go to the bar and get your own drinks as not enough staff to go around.
Our waiter Michael had accidentally ordered my steak incorrectly but had it corrected and on the table with 5 minutes and I could eat my amazingly cooked med/ rare rump with the rest of our group. We all agreed the staffing was a ballz up as they had not enough for the evening meal.
All in all a great place.

The room was above our spectations - the room had a magnificent feel too it -the views out our window make us speechless the room set up was excellent - and it had a pod machine - the staff where very friendly - we had a mishap at tea time when delivering our meal …- and the team went above and beyond to rectify the problem /highly recommend anyone to stay there
