Had a nice 19th floor balcony view. Room 1905.
But the balcony floor and windows did require cleaning (they are all privately owned).
Comfortable 2 bed appartment, did not have a TV in the main bedroom (bracket on the wall).
Very clean ensuite with bath. Kitchen well presented, had a pod coffee machine.
Will stay again but a couple of touched were missed.

There was nowhere to put our suitcases. Perhaps one or two purpose built low shelves in the wardrobe areas would help. Many hotels have these and they are robust enough to cope with suitcases and their wheels. There was plenty of (perhaps too much) storage space in those areas so a suitcase shelf would fit in easily.

Unit 1504…a cautionary tale
Being return guests, we were looking forward to staying at reflections again.
The apartment we got, 1504, is one of a few with windows all across the balcony. We discovered that the windows don’t stay open, so the balcony was like an oven with no airflow going into the apartment. We were stunning nobody had told them about this before, as they have been broken for sometime.
My mum, who stayed in the apartment next door, tried to open one and the window flew down onto her finger and hit her fingernail, causing a lot of pain and swelling. Had it landed elsewhere on her finger, it could have broken it. So these windows are very dangerous in the broken condition they are in.
Maintenance came the next day and drilled nails into each window to hold them open.
Also the lamp in the second bedroom was faulty. Maintenance took it away when I mentioned it but we weren’t given a replacement.
The bedroom furniture and carpets need replacing in this apartment. Also the furnishings in the living area are dark, so not a coastal vibe, and the decorations are rather random (fake flowers and stones in a cylinder!)
The positives: excellent view, and reception and maintenance responded effectively to our requests. Unfortunately they were full so weren’t able to assign us another apartment.

I wish I had read the reviews before this last trip. Having visited a number of times over 15 years we were sadly disappointed this time - our last time I will say.
The negative reviews for room 1107 Reflections Tower Two can be confirmed and what is more worrying is that we found the SAME problems that others have highlighted for the last 3yrs minimum. (Read 2022 review from another). It shows a lack of care or pride from management or owners. The cleaning contract really needs to be revised. This was documented with the examples to Management on checkout paperwork. No response received.
I’ve stayed in 2.5 rated accommodation that is much cleaner than this room.
Poor standards, high prices here.
On the first night the toilet in the main bathroom failed. I had to turn the water off to the cistern to stop it continually filling the tank and flowing into the bowl.
All the mugs had to be scrubbed of residue before we could use.
The dishwasher was foul with fish bones and debris in the filter causing mould and odour.
We had to wash all cutlery, mugs, glasses, and a few plates so they were hygienic to use.
The kitchen bench had black rubbery streaks which I was able to soak & wipe clean.
Coffee pod machine was smelly, used pods still in the catch tray along with moist slime.
The ensuite shower was discoloured with mould, the bath stained, and the glass room divider between the ensuite and bedroom was absolutely GROSS. I stencilled “wash me” on the glass with my finger. It will still be there and visible with the next shower steam I’m sure !
The beds in Bed2 were mismatched, a single and long single pushed together (as a queen?) but different lengths. Clearly visible as there are no bed skirts. The protective covers (underneath the pillowslips) on the pillows were stained yellow.
Bed1 mattress was uncomfortable, the springs popped every time you rolled over.
Cobwebs on the balconies seemed to have survived Cyclone Alfred, so that was good.
Good location & views.
but overall was it worth $1854 for 5 nights ? … nah

Very outdated furnishings and kitchen and bathrooms, rattling window shutters on balcony, balcony chats all rusted so couldn’t use them without marking clothes and lots of little maintenance issues throughout the apartment.
Overpriced for what it is. Really paying for the location
