Disappointed
Arrival- impossible to find entrance. Walked in circles with a large suitcase. Have to go to 1st floor for reception and was met by very sullen staff member. Even though I had pre registered online she snapped at me for a credit card.
Room is a good size and bed is comfortable. Free snacks and water on first day only.
Bathroom tap wear not secure and wobbling in the socket.
Room was soundproofed from outside noise but the door was not so could hear everyone walking past and cleaning staff.
Have to ask for your room to be cleaned. Must ring a mobile number before 9am. No sleeping in if you want a clean. So a bit of rubbish build up and mess in the room. When it was cleaned water was not restocked.
Somewhere I read that you got 10% off as a guest at the rooftop restaurant. After my meal was told that was untrue and I would get no discount. In fact the staff in restaurant said the place was built poorly and they had nothing to do with the hotel. Restaurant was overpriced.
Would have been nice if I had booked a room with a view and the tram was running but the road outside was under construction. So had to walk 400m to buses. Location pleasant. On departure also unfriendly reception staff. No doubt this place does not need good reviews because if its location but overall overpriced with little service.

We provide photos of the Atrium King rooms online, including the balcony layout, to avoid misunderstanding with our guests. Housekeeping is provided on request to respect guest privacy, and additional amenities are supplied when requested. You are more than welcome to request a room service the night before if you wish to sleep in. We appreciate you letting us know regarding the bathroom maintenance and will share this with our maintenance team immediately to get the sink tap fixed.
Regarding the rooftop restaurant, it operates independently from the hotel, and we regret any misunderstanding.
