False Advertising - there is NO SPA in EXECUTIVE KING SPA STUDIO; perhaps change the name if you truly wish to be honest

This business falsely advertises what is actually on offer. If the large bold writing says EXECUTIVE KING SPA STUDIO, then one would expect a SPA to be included in the price; after all the pictures show SPA baths. Shame on you for taking peoples hard earned money & not deliver what you put up front in BOLD writing. Disgusting

Was ok, dated apartment, very musty and unable to lock windows. Easy check in and check out but be aware there is no physical reception anymore.

Poor Form

Very disappointed with this venue
I had booked to stay for National touch football tournament this week and due to unforeseen weather conditions predicted the event was postponed on Monday afternoon
Booking was from Wednesday to Saturday
Hotel would not give full refund, stating it was required 48 hours notice
I had messaged them Monday afternoon and they stated
Dear Guest,
You can cancel now for no penalty fee, if the booking is out of the 48hour cancellation policy timeframe, but we cannot reserve any future dates for you.
Thank you 7.32pm Monday
My response at 7.34pm Monday

I read I lose one nights accommodation if I cancel now?
Can you confirm I’ll get the full refund please?

No response until the next morning when I did cancel eventually and I lost one nights accommodation due to the slow response
Tried calling an no answer
Advised to send message, so did and received automated message, then a human message.
Another issue was most other hotels fully refunded other people’s bookings due to the weather
This hotel stated it was their policy and not Bookings policy
Very disappointed at lack of understanding and gas left me $230 out of pocket when I would have booked again when the tournament was rescheduled
Named and shamed them on Facebook as I was very upset and disappointed with the outcome
NSW touch football have been advised
Hopefully no one book for the rescheduled event

Never again.

We have stayed here several years ago and it was quite ok. NOT NOW!!! The unit we had was "ok" but the lack of a reception was an issue especially when we tried to call the mobile number after we found out that the balcony door had the lock broken off and therefore was not able to be secured at all. The tv didn't work and the bed was like sleeping on a brick.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world but this is at the absolute bottom of the list. Do not stay here under any circumstances.
They took the money out very quickly and no way to contact anybody. Good thing there was not an emergency!!
Go somewhere else, ANYWHERE ELSE................
