Boss lady is horrible

The park itself was clean and offered everything we needed. The pool was great shaded and inviting. Unfortunately the staff were not welcoming at all. In fact the boss lady intimidated her staff so much she was scared to ask her questions. Sad really but hey get past that and you don't have to deal with it.

SMELLY and UNCLEAN!
We, a family of 4, stayed in cabins 25 and 19. The smell was terrible from a mix of urine, vommit and chlorine. Under the bed and along edges in the room the dirt was piling. Fortunately, the linens where clean, so we managed to get some sleep, but we’d never go back. This place really needs a refurbishment.
The training room was decent enough, though…and check-in/ check-out were effective.

Old, mouldy, smelly, no wifi, tv didn't work, quoted tariff over phone was less than I was charged

Keep driving or go to oasis down the road. I'm on the road 200 days a year over the last 25 years and this park cabin would rate in the bottom 2. No tv, no wifi, mouldy, smelly terrible due to mould. No coffee just tea bags and hot chocolate mix. Quoted for the single cabin and was charged more. Just don't.

Poor wheelchair access

Advertised as having disabled facilities. Separate male and female ammenities, not unisex, so I had to go into gents bathroom to assist my husband. Ladies accessible bathroom was ‘out of order’
There was a path but a 10cm step to enter ammenities and a closed screen door. No basin in bathroom to shave or clean teeth and outside basins not accessible at all.
Just wish these parks would put more thought into disabled ammenities. Plenty is done to accommodate workers !!
Shouldn’t be this difficult to shower, shave and sh*t just because your’re in a wheelchair
