Good bits, some not so good.

Some great aspects, best of all we were allowed to take our dog (after signing that we be responsible for all damage - if you could see him you would laugh) and there was a small outdoor area for him to have his dinner, though he slept on his bed beside ours. The room is large and the bed king size. There is TV, couch, basic cooking stuff, microwave/fridge/hotplate etc. Undercover parking ($10/night). Some not so great aspects....cleanliness was a tad lacking, when we cleaned up we found dust on the bedside lamps and microwave oven. Bed was a tad saggy, we both slept in our grooves, and pillows a bit lumpy. And I'd have use half a bottle of bleach in the bathroom if it were mine, those nasty pee stains on the floor in front of the toilet and the grubby grout in the shower (which needs a new washer to the hand piece). We also had a family of very noisy kids next door. Ah well, they were happy and I have ear plugs! Overall if you need a place near the CBD and need to have your dog with you I'd recommend.

Room quote went from $1380 to $4530

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment for my family to attend a wedding. Room was booked for 3 nights at a total of $1380. Received a phone call on a later date that as there was now some football event happening in Brisbane, they were revoking the quoted and booked fee of $1380, and increasing the amount to $4,530. We begged to stay but they would not honour the rate they had initially provided in writing so we had to cancel the booking due to this extortion…..be cautious as it could happen again

Messy and untidy

Managers Karen and Alan are very rude and unpleasant.They send unprofessional messages when they are not even on duty.There is piles of mulch in the carpark and oil stains everywhere.Gardens are full of weeds and messy.Not a great place to stay.

I liked the space of the 2br apartment but that’s it for the price I paid I expected the place to be clean at least and it wasn’t clean the linen, the dishes, and the cupboards and couches everything had a layer of dust and animal hair disgusting I cleaned everything before we used it and then all the surcharges if you wanted parking or extra towels or late check in/out is ridiculous considering the price of the room I expected more I’ve had more for less at other places ,wont go back there again or recommend it to anyone they allow pets for a surcharge too great for pet owners but the cat and dog hair everywhere was horrible , on top of the construction going on next door the noise was loud, on our second day the water was brown we checked out early thankfully I would look at other properties before committing to this one cause they don’t refund you for anything it’s there policy.

DISGUSTING. GO ELSEWHERE!!

REVOLTING. MOULD on the ceiling and in the bathroom air vent. The hairdryer doesn't work and the switch is cracked
The couch has food and disgusting stuff stuck in between cushions. The door didn't even shut or lock.
Hairdryer doesn't work. Wear thongs in the shower.
THE freezer leaks out onto the floor so nothing stays cold. It's horrible.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS COMPLAINT PENDING WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS.
