Public health risk!

Do not stay here! We have never seen anything like it. From the moment you drive in, there were people hanging around the front on bikes and scooters, staring us down. People were drinking alcohol outside the rooms, including at the table and chairs in front of what was supposed to be our room. Many people appeared to be extremely intoxicated or otherwise heavily impaired, and the whole place had a very unsettling atmosphere.
It honestly felt like something out of a horror movie. The people wandering around looked like zombies, and it was one of the most confronting places we’ve ever come across.
All we could hear was yelling, including “ya dumb dog” and other awful abuse coming from the rooms. It looked more like long-term government-supported accommodation than a motel for travellers. Looks like everyone’s on hard drugs.
We genuinely did not feel safe. We didn’t even stay. We turned around, left immediately and requested a refund. We wish we’d read the reviews first.
I cannot believe this place is being rented out to members of the public looking for a motel room. In our experience, it felt dangerous from the moment we arrived. This place should not be marketed as accommodation for travellers. Absolutely appalling. This place needs to be shut down.

The room was old and tired. i doubt if it had been renovated for at least 15 years. The hand basin, shower area was old deteriorated. When I first entered the room, the smell of the bleach they used to clean the room bought my eyes to tears, and I not sure what they cleaned the floor with, but my feet were sticking to the floor when walking around. The bed was uncomfortable leading to lack of sleep.

Dodgy, dirty and smelly

Dirty room, smelly room, crockery and cutlery left on open shelf were dirty, extremely mouldy plastic shower curtain, everything old, poorly maintained, great location, noisy guests in other rooms, patchy wifi, too old, stay for four days but no offer to empty bins, change towels, the website photos not accurate. Yes, well priced, but unless you don’t mind all of the above, don’t risk it.

Awful

Food was stuck on the cutlery, and the room, bed and pillows smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There were people coming and going constantly smoking mari j and injecting needles, police arrived 3 times, talking loudly at all hours, making it impossible to relax. The walls were paper-thin, so every noise could be heard.
The bathroom window offered little privacy, the floors were dirty, and the shower was by far the grossest I've ever used with hair and other people rubbish all around. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the entire place felt run-down and in desperate need of maintenance.
All the staff seem to live there and thats where all the racket was coming from. The beds were black of tar from the cigarette smell.
Overall, everything about this stay was awful. I left feeling itchy, dirty, and completely uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here. Needs to be knocked down or closed.

Not what I expected but I don’t feel quite as bad as some of the reviews I have read. I think having read about bugs I am itching and I’m in Korea now. Don’t think I will stay here again or recommend it
